Description
Set on the banks of the beautiful Lake Wolgangsee, St Gilgen is a pretty village which has an attractive centre, with many fresco painted buildings. For some of the most stunning views of the whole Austrian Lake District, take the cable-car to the top of the Zwolferhorn mountain. With good walking trails and plently of resort activities including both mountain and lake sports, there is something for everyone.
